Example of a typical Party Plan

• 2:45pm - You meet with your guests in the Lifestyle Fitness Reception area. The Lifestyle Fitness staff will then take you through to the main hall
• 2:50pm - Sumo Experience's 'Gyoji' will welcome the young guests, organise the teams and introduce the Sumo ceremony, rules and safety, Then the battles commence.
• 4:10pm - The 'Gyoji' will lead your hungry guests to a reserved for you where you can serve the party food you've brought with you (Lifestyle Lightwater can also order food in for you)
• 4:30pm - Parents pick up the guests from you at the party room

The booking process:

• You start by contacting Lifestyle Fitness, Lightwater with your preferred date
• Lifestyle Fitness, Lightwater confirm Sumo Experience's availability and get back to you with a firm date and time
• You pay Lifestyle Fitness, Lightwater a deposit to confirm the booking
• The balance of the fee is payable to Lifestyle Fitness, Lightwater on or before the day of your party

Other things to note:

• Age range: 7 - 15.
• Party size: max 14, min 10.
• Adult to child ratio: 1 parent or guardian must stay in with the party.
• the sumo party will usually take place in the main hall.
• Lifestyle Fitness, Lightwater does not current have in house catering but will be happy to contract in catering for you. You should discuss this with them at the time of booking.
